Why don't I get a response when I ping my family?
Here are some possible reasons (on your family's phone):

How many GeoZones can I have?
You can have up to 200 GeoZones shared among your family. Setting up GeoZones can help you easily recognize and track frequently visited places.
How do I sync GeoZones?
GeoZones are automatically synced to all of your family's phones.
How soon can I be notified when my family enters or leaves a place (with GeoZone defined)?
Arriving GeoZone Notification: within one minute
Leaving GeoZone Notification: about three to five minutes GPS Location Service sometimes gives JustPing app wrong location information. That is the reason it took a longer time to confirm your family really leaves a GeoZone. Do I receive a notification when my family goes to a new place (no GeoZone defined)?
Yes. The default setting requires your family to stay in the new place for 5 minutes. You can change the setting
"Elapsed Time Before Reporting" up to 15 minutes.
How does the hands-free voice announcement work?
Voice announcement uses a computer voice to notify you when your family enters or leaves a GeoZone. For example:
"7:45am Jacob arrived school" or "6:30pm George left office". It is convenient for you while doing household chores or
working at home. Voice announcement is automatically disabled when you are not at home to protect your family's privacy.
How do I remove or change a family member?

Is my location data secure?
Your location data is encrypted and only shared among your family. They are not stored on our server.
How is my privacy protected? What security measures are implemented for my protection?
The only personal data we collect during activation is your email account. It is encrypted When we store your data.
In addition, we do not collect your location data. Your location data is only passed onto your invited family members to display on their phones. The security measures are built in both servers and JustPing App to filter out all potential unapproved attempts. On top of the above security measures, we build our servers and infrastructures in world famous cloud providers like Amazon Web Service which has top-tier security installed to protect your data. There is no map on my screen. How can I fix it?
JustPing App relies on Google Map App to provide mapping service. You need to go to Play store to update Google Map App. If you still do not see the map
after update, you may need to uninstall JustPing App and reinstall it. Google Map App regularly gets updated and sometimes the new updates cause issues
for Android™ Apps.
My invited family members and GeoZones are all gone after I uninstalled and reinstalled JustPing App. How do I get them back?
You need to send invites to all your family members again. Once you are connected, GeoZones will be automatically synced.
