JustPing App End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) between you and JustPing governs use of this app made available free of charge through Google Play Store. By installing the JustPing App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to download and use the JustPing App.

In order to ensure JustPing provides the best experience possible for every user, you agree to abide by the following:

1. Privacy: JustPing may collect and use information about your usage of the JustPing App, including certain types of information from and about your device. JustPing may use this information to measure the use and performance of the JustPing App as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you. Personal and usage data will never be shared with third parties.

2. Limited License: JustPing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the JustPing App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may only use the JustPing App on an Android™ device that you own or control and as permitted by Google Play Store Terms of Service.

3. Service Account: JustPing app requires creation of your user account for the sole purpose of using the app service to locate and track your family members with their consent for such activity. You agree to use JustPing app service legally as defined by applicable laws and regulations. This user agreement applies to any individual accessing your account.

4. Age Restrictions: By using the JustPing App, you acknowledge that (a) you are 18 years of age or older and you agree to be bound by this Agreement; (b) if you are under 18 years of age, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian; and (c) your use of the JustPing App does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your access to the JustPing App may be terminated without warning if JustPing believes, in its sole discretion, that you are under the age of 18 years and have not obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you provide your consent for your child's use of the JustPing App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement for your child's use of the JustPing App.

5. Objectionable Content Policy: JustPing does not monitor any content of your communication via your text messaging or phone system while using the app. You are solely responsible for any objectionable content as defined by applicable laws and regulations. Objectionable Content includes but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity; (iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent; (iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances; and (v) content in connection to any other illegal activities.

6. No Warranty: Your use of the mobile app is at your own risk. The mobile app is provided “as is”. JustPing disclaims all warranties about the JustPing App to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Mobile App is only available for supported devices and might not work on every device. Determining whether your device is a supported or compatible device for use of the App is solely your responsibility.

7. Maintenance and Support: JustPing provides minimal maintenance or support for the app but not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law. JustPing may deploy changes, updates, or enhancements to the app at any time and may provide maintenance and support for app but has no obligation to make such services available to you. JustPing may also terminate such services at any time without notice.

8. Changes to this EULA: JustPing reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time for any reason. If JustPing makes changes to this EULA, you will receive a notice of changes. You are responsible for complying with the updated terms in order to continue using the App. Your continued use of the App after the notice of changes to this EULA indicates your consent to the updated terms.
